Scholarships
Proceeds from South Texas Seminars are used to fund South Texas Scholarships and stipends presented annually in April to outstanding mechanical engineering students in the ASME Student Sections of Houston area colleges.
Award recipients, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology, are from colleges: University of Houston, Rice University, Prairie View A&M University, Texas A&M University at College Station, and Texas A&M University at Galveston.
